New show home to be launched at Alderley Gardens

A new show home is to be unveiled at Jones Homes’ Alderley Gardens on the weekend before Valentine’s Day.

The company is building 50 three, four and five-bedroom homes at the development within Alderley Park near Nether Alderley and is hosting an event over the weekend of Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 February to invite people in to take a look at the second show home to be completed on site.

The property is in the homebuilder’s Woodsford house style – a three-bedroom, three-storey townhouse where every bedroom has its own en suite.

Visitors to the launch weekend will be served champagne and canapes and will be given a tour of the development including the new show home and the three-bedroom Downton show home which was launched last year.

The new Woodsford show home, features an open-plan kitchen/dining/family space with bifold doors leading to the rear garden. There is a lounge on the first floor and there are three double bedrooms.

The launch event will be attended by an independent mortgage advisor, who will be able to give visitors information about current rates.

There will also be an Agency Assist stand where homebuyers can find out about Jones Homes’ scheme to help them sell their old home. As part of the scheme the homebuilder will pay up to £3,000 towards estate agent fees.

The event will take place between 12pm until 5pm on Saturday 10 February and Sunday 11 February.
