Flexible three-storey living for growing families at Worksop development
Local housebuilder Jones Homes is encouraging growing families to visit its Gateford Park development in Worksop to see the benefits of three-storey living.
Among the range of homes being built at the development is the three-storey, five-bedroom Bowdon house type, which is also one of the two show homes at the site.
The ground floor of the Bowdon includes a spacious open-plan family/kitchen/dining room, a large living room and a study.
The first floor includes three well-appointed bedrooms, including the master bedroom which contains a dressing area and an En Suite.
The top floor of the property features another two large bedrooms and a shower room.
Jayne Swift, Sales and Marketing Director for Jones Homes Yorkshire, said: “Three-storey living is growing in popularity and has become an increasingly attractive option for house buyers, particularly those with growing families.
“Having your home spread across three levels gives you extra space and allows for greater privacy for family members and guests who come over to stay. This is ideal for families with teenage children and for those who work from home.
“Three-storey homes are also extremely versatile and give owners the opportunity to adapt the various living spaces to their individual needs. In some instances, we have seen people turn the whole top floor into its own self-contained suite, with one of the rooms doubling as a second living area.
“I would encourage growing families looking for extra space, privacy and versatility from their home to make an appointment to visit our Bowdon show home and see the benefits of three-storey living for themselves.”
The Bowdon housetype is available to purchase at Gateford Park, priced from £405,995, which includes a double garage and a sunroom.
The Bowdon show home is open for appointment only viewings from 10 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, and 11 am to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Jones Homes is currently building a range of four and five-bedroom homes at Gateford Park, off Churchill Way in Gateford.
