Almost all homes sold at exclusive housing development in Burgess Hill

All but seven homes have now been sold at an exclusive Jones Homes development in Burgess Hill.

The developer is building a total of 73 new homes at Folders Grove, off Folders Lane. The development features a mix of three, four and five-bedroom properties for sale.

There are currently two-house types available to buy – the four-bedroom Lindfield II, priced from £995,000, and a five-bedroom Connaught II, priced at £1,150,000.

The final four homes, including the Knightsbridge A II and the Lindfield II show homes, are due to be released onto the market over the summer.

Sara Stanhope, Sales and Marketing Director for Jones Homes Southern, said: “This represents the last chance for buyers to secure a large luxury home at this sought-after and exclusive development.

“The Lindfield II and Connaught II are both part of the Jones Homes Signature Collection. These are executive family properties which boast our highest level of specification, with luxurious features such as Villeroy and Boch sanitaryware, Hansgrohe taps and Porcelanosa tiles.

“Both properties are detached homes with an integral double garage. They feature an impressive open-plan kitchen/dining/family room and a separate living room, as well as a study and utility room. Upstairs at each property, two of the bedrooms have en suite facilities and dressing areas, while there are further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

“The quality of the homes is complemented by the development’s enviable semi-rural location on the edge of the beautiful South Downs. The handsome development offers the countryside idyll and excellent transport connections with London an hour away on the train and Brighton a 30-minute drive.”

As part of the planning agreement for Folders Grove, Jones Homes is contributing more than £1.1 million to help improve local infrastructure and services. The developer’s contributions include £228,000 to support local primary schools, almost £250,000 for secondary schools and £57,000 for local sixth form education.

Sara said: “For prospective purchasers considering buying one of the final properties at Folders Grove, there is the opportunity to come along to the development and look inside a fully furnished show home. This could be particularly useful for anyone interested in buying the Lindfield II which is currently available, as one of our showhomes at the site is the same style of property.”
