Customer Care Coordinator
Jones Homes Northwest is currently looking to recruit a highly organised Customer Service Coordinator at our Northwest Head office based in Alderley edge, Cheshire.
We are seeking a proactive and customer focused Customer care coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional after-sales service.

Reporting to: Construction Director/ Customer Service Manager
KEY TASKS
General:
- Assist Customer Care Department taking calls regarding defects, customer enquires & complaints
- Assist Customer Care Department organising and co-ordinating sub-contractor visits for customer defects
- Letters, memos, to sub-contractors, site staff, manufacturers & customers
- Log customer enquires & defects on COINS
- Plot filing of customer enquires & defects on COINS
- Chase 7-day lists with Site Managers
- Requisition & co-ordination of material orders relating to customers defects with Buying department
- Process invoices and Purchase orders on COINS
HR:
- Co-ordinate and process holidays for Site Staff, completing holiday forms for onward processing.
- Ensure absence forms are completed for Site Staff for onward processing.
- Maintain site address/phone list for emergency call outs
- Co-ordinate weekly timesheets for weekly paid site staff
- Order PPE for all staff including raising orders on COINS
- Report any problems with phones and IT for operatives
All tasks must be carried out in a timely manner.
Other:
- Provide support to other colleagues where necessary with a can do flexible attitude.
- To be flexible and co-operative with other staff members across all departments.
Knowledge & Specific Job Skills:
- Experience in a Customer service roles
- Experience of Microsoft Office
- Experience of using COINS (desirable)

- Prepared to learn new tasks and undertake additional work.
- Good attitude to work and be flexible and cooperative with other staff members across all departments.
