Jones Homes to host afternoon tea at Bromley Cross development

Jones Homes to host afternoon tea at Bromley Cross development

Jones Homes is inviting house-hunters to join staff for afternoon tea at its exclusive gated community in Bromley Cross near Bolton, to learn more about the homes for sale on the site.

The housebuilder is hosting the event at the three-bedroom Moreton show home at Sanctuary Last Drop Village in Haydock Lane, between Thursday 4 May and Sunday 7 May.

Guests will be offered finger-food including sandwiches, small cakes, macarons and biscuits as well as Prosecco, tea, coffee or soft drinks – and will be able to find out about offers available to them, including the Agency Assist scheme, in which Jones Homes can help them to sell their existing home.

Jones Homes is building a collection of 41 one-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom cottages at the development, which is designed to deliver a luxurious lifestyle for the over 55s.

Simon Whalley, Sales Director for Jones Homes North West, said: “The idea behind inviting potential purchasers to take afternoon tea with us at Sanctuary Last Drop Village is twofold. It will provide an opportunity for us to meet our customers in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere but also to showcase what we have to offer at this superb development.

“Visitors will be able to speak not only to our sales team but also to industry experts from New Home Solutions, our Agency Assist partners. The Agency Assist scheme helps our customers sell their properties so they can buy a new home from us.

“Under the popular initiative, Jones Homes will appoint independent estate agents to value a customer’s home to provide a fair selling price. We will then liaise with the agents, help organise viewings and even pay up to £3,000 towards the agency fees. It makes the house-buying process easier and less stressful for our customers and can save them thousands of pounds in the process.

“People who purchase a home here will be buying into a more relaxed and mature lifestyle, where the Sanctuary on-site team will be on hand to take care of everyday maintenance tasks like window cleaning and gardening, freeing more valuable leisure time. Residents will also have access to a wide range of discounted facilities at the nearby Last Drop Village Hotel and Spa, which includes a restaurant, café, bar, a swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room. “

There is currently a choice of one-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom cottages available to reserve and move into straight away at Sanctuary Last Drop Village, with prices starting at £169,950 and £379,950 respectively.
