Property Sales Adviser (UK, International & Commercial)
Job in Wilmslow: We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused property sales adviser.
The Role
This is a full-time job in Wilmslow - 5 days per week, Tuesday to Saturday 1000 – 1700
We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused property sales adviser for our High Street Wilmslow Property Shop. This role involves advising on enquiries relating to Jones Homes and the wider Emerson Group within the UK, USA and Portugal, including commercial leasing within Orbit Developments and European holiday lets.
You will be the first point of contact for walk-in and referred enquiries, providing expert advice and guidance and enquiry direction to the relevant business.
Requires Skills and Experience
- A customer-facing background, preferably within a housing/travel sales environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Interest of housing market and travel
- Ability to provide remote support to the internal sales and marketing teams
