Development Technician Vacancy: Yorkshire Region, Cleckheaton

Jones Homes (Yorkshire) Ltd., are currently seeking to employ an Architectural Technician to join their Development Department based at their Cleckheaton office.

The successful candidate should have an understanding of the current Building Regulations and will use their skill to produce Technical drawings, using AutoCAD, for Site Layouts, Construction Details for issue to our Site Construction Teams, Planning and Building Regulation Applications and for use in third party designs.

They should provide all necessary drawings and information to a satisfactory standard, cost effective and delivered on time to meet the company build programme and needs.

To manage and take ownership of their workload in coordination with the Senior Development Technician and Divisional Development Director.

To assist other disciplines within the development team in the production of all required technical information for the delivery of new homes within the Jones Homes (Yorkshire) Region.

Role Requirements:

• Proficient in the production of CAD information using AutoCAD.
• Use of Microsoft Office Software.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Hold a full driving licence (although this is not essential)
