Full Time Sales Advisor (Worksop S81 7RB)

You will be working 33 hours per week  Thursday – Monday ( closed Tuesday & Wednesday) from a temporary sales centre or a show home at a development, providing outstanding customer service and selling a range of homes from 2-bedroom starter homes through to high end 5-bedroom family homes.

The Role

With integrity and customer service aforethought and you will assist buyers through what could possibly be the biggest and most important purchase of their life, so a solid understanding through previous experience of the new build home buying process is essential. Company procedure manuals and industry codes of practice must be followed, and as our frontline you will be expected to become an integral part of our team delivering our revenue, profitability and quality of service.

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager under the guidance of the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be assisting in the correct collection of data and information from prospective buyers, ensuring all communication is smooth and practices and procedures are followed throughout. You will also be tasked with doing regular competitor analysis and market research to ensure we are remaining competitive.

You will carry out all aspects of the day-to-day running of the sales and information centre, and maintain necessary records and documentation during all stages of the sales progress.

You will be seeking out and taking reservations and working towards set sales targets and to ensure customer satisfaction you will ensure any details passed on to customers are correct, including pricing, timelines and information regarding options and extras are correct at all times.

You will be will take responsibility for ensuring the presentation of the show home complex, any stock plots and your marketing suite is maintained in accordance with Company policies and standards and that the development is well sign-posted.

Typical duties will include, but are not limited to;

  • Represent the Company in sales negotiations and administration in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow the sales process set out to ensure full compliance with Company procedures.
  • Respond to all enquiries
  • Deal with all visitors to the sales centre in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that the customer is kept informed of the progress of their purchase.
  • Generate sales by being proactive and by offering relevant purchase assistance schemes, as directed by the Company.
  • Deliver high quality home demonstrations in conjunction with the build/maintenance teams in the home that the customer has purchased.
  • Carry out daily tasks required for by customers and the Sales Manager.
  • Liaise with the site manager as required and through regular build- sales meetings to manage customer expectations and requirements.

Applicants should have:

At least two years new homes sales experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate
Friendly, outgoing personality
Customer service focussed
Good IT skills,
Be prepared to work weekends
