Jones Homes is one of the leading developers of quality new homes based in the North West of England.
In 2009 the Company celebrated 50 years of building success and over this time it has maintained an enviable reputation for building homes of character and individuality in highly desirable locations.
From its base in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, Jones Homes has expanded to establish regional offices in Swanley, Kent; Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire and Lytham St Annes on The Fylde.
Currently building over 600 homes a year in the UK, its portfolio comprises high rise and low rise apartment schemes, mews-style homes, town houses and detached properties. The Company’s wide experience gained in the new homes market has also led to diversification into the retirement homes sector and social housing, both directly and through partnerships with local authorities and Social Residential Landlords.
